Murmuration

Installed at the Boston Sculptors Gallery in April of 2021, Murmuration featured five hanging sculptures and sculptural wall pieces. This work refers to the phenomenon of swarming birds in flight creating parabolas in motion. This work is fabricated from PVC plastic and painted with acrylic. Ceiling-attached motors enable the pieces to gently spin at random intervals.
